Substantial Change of Circumstances Found
The order of the trial court was not beyond the manifest weight of the evidence in that it found that a substantial change of circumstances existed and that, based upon their best interests, the permanent care and custody of the children should be transferred to the father. Gren v. Gren, 59 Ill. App. 3d 624, 16 Ill. Dec. 892, 375 N.E.2d 999 (2 Dist. 1978).
